If you talk to people about the Bible signs of the end times, you will most likely get a negative response from the majority, and they will just tell you that these "signs" have been with us from the beginning and people have been proclaiming the "end times" for hundreds of years, if not more.
So what makes this generation any different from the others that have proclaimed the "end times"? Well, there are two major points in answer to this.
1. If you look at ALL the signs of the end times and last day events and not just the common signs like "earthquakes" and "war" and "famine", then you will see that we are living in the FIRST generation to fulfil ALL these signs. Just take a look at 2 Timothy 3:1-5 and you will see that it is describing OUR day, because no other time before us during the past 2000 years have fulfilled all those signs.
2. What needs to happen, according to Revelation 13, before the end comes and the second coming of Jesus? The enforcement of the mark of the beast. And what needs to happen to enable the powers that be in this world to stop us from "buying and selling" if we refuse the mark? We need to have a worldwide electronic financial system in place of cash. Has any generation before us had the ability to do this? No. Do we now have the ability to do this? Most certainly yes! The fact that we now have the ability to replace cash with an electronic form of buying and selling, shows we are living in the very last days.
And with all the economic troubles that are happening around the world today, and leaders asking for a "world political authority" and a controlled world financial system, we are not far away from the mark of the beast being realised.

Unfortunately, Satan comes along with people like Harold Camping to predict dates for the end of the world, which when they fail, causes people to reject ALL end of the world teachings, including those that are truth.
If people would just study the Bible for themselves, they would see the truth about this. We are living in a generation like no other before us, and we need to get ready for the time of trouble that is about to break upon this world. And we need to be ready for Christ Jesus. Please give your all to Christ Jesus now. Put off the things of the world. Put off the sins in your life and turn to your Redeemer.

A Sign That we are Living in the End Times
It isn't the fact of people everywhere saying we are living in the end times that makes me think we are actually in the end times, because the majority of professing Christians don't seem to think (don't know) we are living in the end times.
There is one sign that is really speaking to me and that sign is the fact that the majority of professing Christians are HAPPY with their lives in this world and are carrying on as if Christ Jesus ISN'T going to return anytime soon.
Now in Matthew 24, Jesus explains that as in the days of Noah, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be. What was happening in the days of Noah? Well, while Noah was building the ark and preaching and warning the people that the earth was going to be destroyed soon, the people just mocked and ignored Noah and carried on with their lives as normal. Jesus said that they were eating, and drinking, and marrying and living as if nothing was going to happen to the world or their lives.
The more I look around the professing Christian world, especially the people I know, the more I see the majority of them enjoying their lives on this earth and living as if there was no urgency about their relationship with Christ. They are as Jesus said, eating and drinking and marrying and carrying on as if nothing was going to happen to them.
This for me at the moment is the one sign that says we are living in the end times. We need to also remember that our lives could end at any time, like those many thousands in Haiti. If our lives DID end suddenly, then for us it would be as if Jesus returned THAT day, because we would not have another chance to get right with Him.
This is urgent!! We need to be ready for Christ Jesus everyday! We need to flee from sin. We need to separate from the things of this world. We need to give our hearts in full to Christ today! Don't leave it too late.

Earthquake in Haiti a Sign of the End Times
Many will be wondering if this earthquake is a sign of the end times. Are they right to think this way?
Yes it is a sign of the end times, along with all the other signs. Let me just say my heart goes out to those who were affected by this disaster. It's reported that many thousands may have lost their lives and millions have been affected by the earthquake.
There are those of us who are watching these signs, and there are those who just shrug it off and say that this has been happening for a long time. Well, we have had earthquakes happening for a long time now, but when you look at how many natural disasters we have now and the intensity of them, you begin to wonder, what next?
Jesus said that natural disasters would be the "beginning" of the end times. Well, we started having natural disasters a long time ago now, so we are certainly closer to the second coming. And when you couple the disasters with what else is happening, then you realize how close to the very last days we could just be.
The Gospel has gone to vitually the four corners of the earth.
The morals of the people of this world have degenerated to the degree of Sodom.
We are not long away from the "elite" bringing in a world government.
Technology has brought us close to a "cashless" society, so that they can stop people who refuse the mark of the beast to "buy or sell" (Rev. 13)
The antichrist power has been identified (Roman Catholic Church).
When you put all these Biblical signs of the end times together, then you know that we are living in the last days. So are we right to think the earthquake in Haiti is another sign of the end times? Yes, when added to the others, it is.
