Take a look at all the Bible prophecy and end times websites out there and you will find that the majority of them are focused on the literal nation of Israel. All there attention is focused on what is happening in that land, and yet AMAZINGLY, the Bible teaches us that the nation of Israel are no longer the chosen nation of God. Unfortunately, most end time prophecy teachers and students ignore this clear truth in the Bible and continue to focus on the nation of Israel. They believe that the end time battle will be fought in that land, but take a look at the following verses concerning literal Israel:
Romans 9:6-8 .....'Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel. Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are NOT the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.'
Galatians 3:28 .....'There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.'
Do you see the truth there? There is no longer children of the flesh, there is no longer chosen one's who are of the flesh, but only those who follow Christ Jesus. Whenever the Bible talks about Israel concerning the end times, it is talking about SPIRITUAL Israel, as in you and me, anyone who follows Christ Jesus. We are now Israel, and we are SPIRITUAL Jews who are circumcised in the heart. We need to take our eyes off the literal nation of Israel and focus our attention on Christ Jesus and be ready for Him every day. The Vatican is happy at all those focusing on Israel, because it means they are not focusing on the true antichrist system (Roman Catholic Church).
